A dramatic portrait of Tippi Hedren and her raven companion in a pas de deux of friendship and flame, inspired by a still from the harrowing set of “The Birds”
In this imagining the handsome corvid pauses to light Hedren’s cigarette with a match sparked by a three-dimensional fire consuming the upper right corner of the frame. Painted in chiaroschuro tones, this is gothic modernist fine art.
