We Made It To The Wire!
Call it spring, but there was something in the air in March 2026 and I was bursting out all over in both art and opinion… natch! Internationally, I waxed creatively matriarchal on MSNBC and Montenegro’s 60 Minutes. In the Big Apple, “Glass Ceiling Cha Cha” and “Go, Go Girl (pictured above) headlined in The Times Square Chronicles and The Knockturnal as well as a shocking amount of selfies, an honor I will forthwith embrace as a marker of contemporary success.
All of this was inspired and in celebration of International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month. So, despite current political appearances and in the powerful spirit of delulu please repeat after me, “There’s no better time in history to be a GIRL!”

Inspired by actress and philanthropist Tippi Hedren, “Gotta Match” lights up 3D space with chic cheek and grace under fire.

In this imagining the handsome corvid pauses to light Hedren’s cigarette with a match sparked by a three-dimensional fire consuming the upper right corner of the frame. Painted in chiaroschuro tones, this is gothic modernist fine art.
